The Harmony Sit-on-Top Cart has a ratcheting frame to adjust and fit any type of SOT kayak, including the Wilderness Systems Tarpon and the Wilderness Systems Ride models. Scupper holes slide through adjustable frame posts, then the frame is secured with a strap for stability. Its blue anodized coating is sleek and corrosion resistant. The all-terrain tires are durable, treaded tires that travel well on paved or compacted surfaces. They are filled with foam so they will never go flat.
Frustratingly difficult to use. The two prongs that are meant to poke through the scupper holes keep moving, meaning it's almost impossible to get them to fit through the holes. It's definitley not a one-person job. I wish I had bought a simpler cart, one that doesn't require you to line up with the scupper holes.
I purchased two of these last summer for our week long trip on the Bowron Lakes Curcuit. On the second portage the cart snapped in two and we were stuck with one cart for two kayaks. Very disappointing!
