For absolute security. The Keeper Strap will keep your bag down snug against the bottom of your hull and also firmly up into the end of the boat. For center bags, the strap runs from one D-ring at one end of bag to second D-ring at opposite end of bag. The Keeper Strap eliminates just about any motion or play in your bag, minimizing abrasion.
