If one of our products fail within 1 year of the original purchase date due to a manufacturer defect, you can quickly receive a replacement by simply returning the product to the store that you bought it from or by contacting us directly. Faulty product may be replaced rather than repaired and shipping fees are minimal.Products damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or abuse will not be covered. Our warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product, proof of purchase will be required. Warranty is voided if the product has been used for commercial use or has been altered. This warranty is non-transferable.
To initiate your warranty with us contact Customer Service at 1-888-525-2925. Before returning product you must have a Return Authorization number issued by Customer Service. Once you have your RA# you should write this number on the outside of your package.
